How do you ensure the quality of your used equipment?
Every item is carefully inspected and graded before being offered for sale with a detailed description of any blemishes, marks, shaft and grip condition along with detailed pictures ensuring no hidden surprise’s when you receive your items from us.
Can I return or exchange items if I’m not satisfied?
If your not satisfied and we can’t resolve the issue for whatever reason we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of purchase as long as the items are returned in the same condition that we sent them to you.
Do you offer any services besides selling equipment?
We will also buy your old/unused clubs and equipment off you once a price has been agreed and prompt payment when received by us here at Backward golf.
How do I send my old clubs to you?
Get in touch with us with us and let us know what your wanting to get rid of and the condition. Once we have agreed on a price you’re happy with we will arrange a collection or send you a pre-paid delivery note.
